Iedere YouTuber met #NLhelptNepal in een videotitel geeft aan voor elke 1000 views op die video 1 euro aan Giro555 te doneren*. Hier op de site houden we bij hoeveel views en geld dat in totaal heeft opgeleverd.
Als kijker steun je Nepal door jouw favoriete YouTuber te steunen en zijn of haar video te kijken, te liken en te delen natuurlijk! Hoe meer views; hoe meer steun.
Een YouTuber doet mee door een een video te maken, de hashtag #NLhelptNepal aan de titel toe te voegen en hem hier aan te melden. De inhoud van de video staat geheel vrij. Die kan over Nepal gaan, maar het mag ook een ‘reguliere’ video of een al reeds bestaande video zijn die wordt gedoneerd. Of meerdere video’s, dat kan natuurlijk ook! Iedereen kan meedoen!
*Het gaat om het totaal aantal views op de video in de maand mei 2015. Je kan een maximum bedrag aangeven. Het staat je ook vrij om meer dan 1 euro per 1000 views te doneren.

Waar gaat uw geld heen
Beste bezoekers en lezers van dit blog. Ik vraag uw hulp om geld te doneren om tenten te kopen voor de getroffenen van de aardbeving in Nepal. Waarom zou u aan mij geven? Ik ben gewoon maar een vrouw in Nederland en wie zegt dat het goed terecht komt. Want daar zitten we toch allemaal mee. Hoe weet je dat het geld komt op de plek waar het nodig is.
Ik ben rond gaan kijken waar ik mij aan wilde verbinden en kwam terecht bij een organisatie die al op de plek werkte voordat de aardbeving toesloeg. Ramana's Garden. Een non-profit organisatie die ook weeshuizen heeft en op meerdere plekken in die regio hulp verleende al voor de aardbeving. Zij hebben dus kennis van de netwerken en weten waar de hulp het meeste nodig is. Ik heb mij aangesloten bij hun team en haal voor hen geld op zodat zij tenten kunnen geven aan de mensen die dakloos zijn geworden.
Het geld dat u doneert gaat dus niet eerst naar mijn bankrekening maar direct naar Ramana's Garden. Zo weet u dat uw geld direct in goede handen is en direct ingezet kan worden waar het nodig is. Dicht bij de bron, zonder veel tussenstappen waar geld kan blijven hangen. Direct naar de mensen.
Waarom help ik Nepal? Gewoon omdat ik het kan en wil. Gewoon vanuit het hart. Nepal kan dit niet alleen en alle kleine beetjes helpen. Helpt u mee? Alvast hartelijk bedankt voor uw gift en meeleven. Nepal hoeft het niet alleen te doen.

U wil Nepal helpen maar bent bang dat geld dat u geeft ergens aan strijkstokken blijft hangen, in dure reisjes gaat zitten of elders in grote zwarte gaten verdwijnt? Lees dit stuk dan goed door. Help Nepal opbouwen
Beste mensen, wij hebben uw hulp nodig Ik ben Brigitte Schrijvers (Nederland). Ik, Brigitte, maak dit blog aan om alle mensen in de wereld te helpen Nepal op te bouwen, mensen te voorzien van voeding, water en onderdak. Het gebied behoort tot het zwaarste getroffen gebied in Nepal. Gorkha, Dhading en Sindhupalchok.

Het meest getroffen gebied: Gorkha, Dhading, Rasuwa, Sindhupalchok, Kavrepalanchok and Dolakha.
Dit is de situatie in Gorkha op dit moment:
Ik werk samen in het team van o.a. Abari en Ramanas Garden. Organisaties die al op de plek van de aardbeving werkzaam waren. Abari werkt daar als bedrijf dat huizen bouwt van modder en bamboe. Ze zijn specialisten in het vak en hebben zelf opleidingsplaatsen. Op dit moment ligt hun werk even stil omdat ze zich volledig inzetten in het helpen van hun buurtbewoners. Voor dit team zet ik mij in en haal ik geld op. Dit omdat ik wil dat het geld direct goed besteed wordt waar het het meeste nodig is en liever met een kleine lokale organisatie werk die vanuit het hart werkt dan via een hele grote organisatie.
